Authentic Thai Cooking

Last night, our friends invited us over for an authentic Thai cooking “class” with a bona fide chef…she’s been on the Food Network! We learned how to make massaman curry, green curry and pad thai. I especially loved the pad thai. The range of ingredients and spices was incredible. We’re hoping to continue these cooking sessions.

    Aaaargh! So jealous! I’ve tried to make Thai green curry a couple times and it hasn’t worked out. Probably because I skipped a few ingredients. Do you have some recipes you could post? Or just email me?

    I can’t decide what looks yummier, the food or the pictures. That camera really likes you.

    We love making thai food, but ours never looks THAT good!

    PS, why do I always wish I lived near you? – I want to be a fly on a wall in your house to see all the fun stuff you do!
