The reason we’ve been under the radar for the past couple of weeks is because we’ve been a bit preoccupied with our most recent venture:
We are homeowners and will hopefully make it official at the end of January or beginning of February! It’s a darling new build in the town of Castle Rock, just a few minutes South of us, in a wonderful community called The Meadows.
The paper work has all been signed and we’ve chosen all of the interior finishes, now we just need the workers to get their hineys in gear. I’ve toyed with the idea of taking them hot coco and cookies to encourage a faster work pace, but thought that might be just a titch overbearing.
We are so excited for all of the joys and pains that come with home ownership!

That is FREAKING AWESOME! I keep looking at the garage and thinking…wow, they are guaranteed a parking spot every single day.

Congrats E-liz…I am sure it will be awesome (even though it always takes longer than it should to be done)!! Pottery Barn family coming up with a cute baby in tow, complete with engraved initials on everything..
