I recently returned from a busy and fabulously fun weekend in Salt Lake. Janet, Nicole and Tammy hosted an amazing get together for friends and family in the area. The girls didn’t miss a single detail. The brunch was a full-on feast that featured homemade lemon bars with fresh lemons from Tammy’s mom’s lemon tree in California! Between the beautiful sunflowers, adorable diaper cake and perfectly coordinating baby onesie banner, I knew we were all in for a treat. They also had a little music box where all of the guests could write advice and drop it in; I have loved reading every one’s seasoned advice and encouragement. Ladies, thank you for all of the effort you went to I loved ALL of it!
I had so much fun getting to visit and catch up with everyone I haven’t seen in a while. Once again, Baby Boy got spoiled with his array of loot. It’s been fun to put it all away, where it’ll await the King’s arrival. The biggest surprise had to be when I came upstairs before the shower started and MY MOM POPPED AROUND THE CORNER! I had no idea she was coming…everyone in on it were such good liars, a little too good. We both screamed, cried and hugged. It was the perfect cherry on top of an already fabulous shower.
