Sorry I’m just now getting around to posting pictures of my Oklahoma trip, things have been a little crazy around here. In short, my trip was amazing and flew by way too fast; truth be told, Husband was the only thing that kept me getting on the plane ride home.
I had way too much fun perusing baby boutiques, maternity shopping, laughing and lunching with my Momma. She is the best. The trip also included: deluxe pedis with the females in the family, special time with each of the nephews, Sara Bareilles concert with gal pals, walks with dad, our traditional, ultra-competitive family Easter egg hunt, lunch with a Hizzy and time at the temple with my parents. Baby also got spoiled by Nana & Papa with gifts and loved it.
Thank you family for making it such a wonderful trip and a HUGE thank you to Husband for being my Sugar Daddy and allowing me to be gone over a week!

Longhorns Down! We train them young.

A quick story; along with candy eggs, Dad always hides some money eggs but the problem is he doesn’t always remember where he’s hidden them by the time the hunt ends. We knew there were still two money eggs out there, a $10 and a $5. Imagine six adults on hands and knees searching. I spotted the egg and gasped. Benj ran over, man handled my arm out of the bushes…even thought my finger was touching the egg…and snatched the egg. Then I snatched it back. He thinks the egg belongs to him; I think it rightfully belongs to me. Hence, pictures can tell the entire story:
After I snatched the egg back. Nothing like some competitive, good natured fun.

Thanks Mom and Dad for still putting on such a fun hunt even though the “baby” is almost in her mid-20s and the eldest is into his 30s. We LOVE it.
