Today we had a reassuring celebration at the Dr. office. I had my 14 week appointment and aside from tests, we also got to have ANOTHER ultrasound! It’s amazing how much our little babe has grown in just 2 weeks.
I really like the practice I’m going to. They have the expectant moms switch among the Docs so you have a chance to meet all of them because you don’t know exactly who will be on call when you’re ready to go. The Dr. we had today was fabulous. He took so much time to answer all of our questions and took an extra long time at the ultra sound explaining everything and taking pictures…the nurse even had to tell him that they had enough pictures AKA stop taking them, it’s time to go.
It’s simply a miracle what is going on inside me right now. Steven was the first to spot the baby sucking its thumb and we got to see the baby move/open/close its mouth like it was talking to us!!! We got great views of the little legs, arms, ribs, spine, heart, etc. Without boring you any more, here are some of the shots that I’ve clearly labeled to help some of you out:

Steven and I are so thankful for Heavenly Father blessing our lives with this little miracle.
P.S. We have our next appointment AKA find out the sex Monday, May 4th!

Glad to hear that everything is going well. It’s fun to see the ultrasounds. And I agree, it really is amazing to see how they grow and change so quickly.

THIS IS SO EXCITING!!!
YAHOOO FOR BABIES! They are truly a miracle sent straight from heaven. 
We just found out we are having a little boy. He was measuring right on the due date of Aug. 14th.

Oh Congratulations you adorable couple! I have to admit E-Dawg…I have been stalking your blog (partly for your great pictures/adventures) but mostly to see when you two are going to be expecting a little bundle of joy! Yeah! I am so excited/jealous (in a good way, like a mutual wedding planner respect kind of way). I guess the fact that I am almost done with year one of law school is good…. Much love! Brittany

Hey Elizabeth! Congrats on the baby news!!!!!!! So exciting. It’s amazing to see the baby moving around so much on the ultrasound, but not being able to feel all that movement yet. He/she will really give your ribs and bladder some soccer practice soon enough.
Also, I just found out that I am preggo (baby #2!) and due in December, which seems like FOREVER away :(. But I know October will be here before you know it for you two! Good luck.
