Last week, one of my best gal pals, or more appropriately sister, came out for a visit. Hillary (affectionately known as Wee Wee because I couldn’t pronounce her name when we were younger) and I had so much fun visiting the farmers market, downtown Raleigh, Duke campus, beach and just hanging out. We also introduced her to our love of Ticket to Ride. It was so nice to have a piece of home for a few days.

We brought fresh jalapeno cheese from the Farmers Market & crackers for lunch. The day before we bought a zucchini & tomato to take home for lunch. Nothin like yummy, local goodies.
