Friday was fabulous: our neck of the woods was just beginning to de-thaw and I got to have a lovely lunch with one of my gal pals from college. Amanda was in town visiting her brother’s family, ok let’s be honest…she really came to see her little nephew and have lunch with ME!
We dined at Mellow Mushroom in downtown Durham and chatted it up for a couple of hours over some yummy pizza. Seeing her was so bittersweet, but mainly sweet…it just made me realize how much I miss my girls from school.
Thanks for making time to see me Amanda! You’re too sweet & fun.
