You know when you’re prepping a meal and you get all excited because you smell the spices and flavors already coming together; and you can’t wait to pop it in the oven because you can only imagine how could it’s going to taste if it smells this good raw?

Last night was definitely one of those nights. The spices were on.

Only problem…it ended far from the mouth-watering party in the mouth I was anticipating.

I’m making another new recipe tonight…crossing my fingers this one turns out a whole helluva lot better or we might have to take the dreaded trip to the local Bojangles.
