
Granted this isn’t the right issue, but I couldn’t find the picture for February 2009. Thanks Husband for my Christmas present! I’ve decided I’ve become too “comfortable” in my cooking so hopefully this mag will help challenge me into more gourmet dishes.

Oh how I wish my husband encouraged me to make gourmet dishes. The man would rather eat spaghetti or burritos every night. EB, have you figured out how to cook Thai food? I’ve tried it, but it was nasty. You go girl!
