On the 6th day of Christmas this is what the Cramers did:
Readers!
Haha you thought it’d be Wife telling you all about the amazing things she’s done around the house getting it ready for the 25th. But you’ve got me now so sit back and enjoy the ride!
My Christmas addition is one with MORE POWER. (Sorry been watching Home Improvement reruns lately. That Tim Taylor.)
This Christmas miracle started when Kent and Laurie came to town. I was lucky enough to get my Christmas present early from them. Kent took me to Home Depot and bought me my very first circular saw and sander. With tools in hand, we purchased some lumber and set off for home.
Once home we began cutting and sorting and putting the pieces together. We didn’t have a place to cut the wood so we used the air conditioners outside our porch. Totally McGuyvering.
After some work and manly grunts we got the almost-finished product.
You see, readers, we’re looking to make a day bed. Just a little place where Wife and I can enjoy the fresh air and read and sleep. Using my brand new sander I worked the bed to a nice smooth shine. Today Wife and I spent the day staining the wood. Last little bit is to make the outdoor cover for our nasa pad. I love the smell of testosterone in the morning. Thanks Kent!!

I’ve got to say little brother, I’m impressed. Especially considering our complete and utter lack of guidance in this area. Well done.

I am trying to plot the genetic link to create such a wonder and it has to run through the Ashbys.
Well done.
