An update. Faithful readers will know that I may have stumbled upon the leprechaun’s pot of gold. I waited till today to call the institutions again just to eliminate the possibility of the weekend factor. After called the credit union who again insists that the money is now in their possession and it must be my bank’s fault, I called my bank to hear their rebuttal. And finally I get an inch closer!! My bank now says that they rejected the withdrawl request because they were trying to pull from a checking account not a savings account. Yet the credit union says that they have the money in their account. I have still have the money in my account and therefore ipso facto, I have a magical pot of gold. I’m awaiting a call from the credit union so keep your ears peeled.
