Yesterday was my father-in-law’s, Dr. Joe, birthday and Saturday is my mother-in-law’s, Janet, birthday so I thought a post smack-dab in the middle of both of their birthdays couldn’t be more appropriate.

Joe is an extremely intelligent man with just as much sensitivity. His talents are no longer just kept to the family and his patients, but also anyone in reach of a Deseret News newspaper. Dr. Joe hosts a regular column, “Morning Rounds,” which he sheds his intellect and genuine sincerity in helping parents and families. I can always count on Joe for being the first to give a hug and the warmest “Well Hello!” whenever I see him.

Plain and simple, Janet is the mother of five boys, which deserves an award on its own. But not only did she simply mother five boys, but she also helped rear them into becoming smart and talented men…I must say she did a particularly amazing job with her second son. Janet really enjoys having the entire family over for get-togethers even though it requires quite a bit of extra effort on her part, we’re thankful for her and the fun times.

Regardless of the specific year and age, you both look fabulous! Happy Birthday Joe & Janet We Love Ya’ll!
